Maternity Session:

- Enjoy a natural and relaxed photography session in the comfort of your own home, lasting approximately 1 hour.

- This package covers all travel expenses, professional services, and expert image retouching without any hidden costs.

- You will receive around 10-15 beautifully crafted maternity images, all of which are printable in standard photo sizes (2400px/300dpi).

In-Home Newborn Session:

- Pre-booked for approximately 1 week after your due date (flexible scheduling available).

- A skilled baby & family photographer will visit your home for about 2 hours, capturing those precious, natural moments.

- We provide blankets, wraps, and a variety of textures for the session.

- The package includes at least 20 digital portraits, all printable in standard photo sizes (2400px/300dpi).

- You'll also receive a handmade collection of three 12”x12” premium canvas wall-arts, customised to complement your home decor.

- Once signed up, you’re ready to shoot straight away! Even if baby arrives before your other payments.

- Two cinematic TV slideshow previews for each session to watch with your family via link anywhere in the world.

- An online design consultation to help you select and refine your images.

Our clients often lean towards a more natural approach or choose to bring their own outfits. Incorporating items like textures, fabrics, your partner's shirt, or a baby blanket, for example, can add a personal touch that tells a unique story.

In one memorable session, a mother wore her partner's oversized RFS jacket, and we nestled the baby inside a fireman's helmet for the newborn session. This is just one example of the countless creative ways we can tailor your session to tell your story!

Babies have their own timing and often don't arrive exactly when expected!

If you need to reschedule your session for any reason, we understand and have planned for such occasions.

All we ask is that you give us as much notice as possible. This allows us to adjust our team and schedule accordingly, especially since we often have multiple maternity and newborn sessions booked simultaneously.

Providing us with notice also extends the same courtesy to others that you would appreciate in return. We're here to work with you!

After your maternity session, we'll send a slideshow for you to enjoy with your family. We then pre-book your newborn session for around seven days after the due date.

Assuming everything goes as planned, we'll meet you for an online consultation shortly after the newborn session to arrange the delivery of your images and artwork.

By this time, the three-month subscription is typically complete, and you're all set to go.

Subscription Renewal:

Your subscription is set to charge automatically, ensuring uninterrupted service. However, we understand life happens! While skipping a renewal isn’t directly available, we offer flexibility. Should you need to adjust your subscription timeline, simply reach out, and we can postpone your next renewal to a more convenient date. This may affect your service.

Staying Informed

We believe in transparency and keeping you informed. Opt into our notifications, and we’ll remind you 15 days before your next subscription charge. No surprises, just gentle reminders.

Cancellation Policy

At Grain & Weave, we treasure the trust you place in us to capture your family's precious moments. We understand that circumstances change, and sometimes plans need to be adjusted. If you find yourself needing to cancel your subscription, we’ve outlined our policy below to ensure clarity and fairness.

Notice of Cancellation:

To initiate your subscription cancellation, please contact us directly through office@grainandweave.com.

We request that you provide us with as much notice as possible to accommodate your request efficiently.

Late Cancellation Fee: Please be aware that cancellations made within 24 hours of a scheduled session will incur a fee of $150. This fee covers the costs associated with the preparation and scheduling of your session.

Cancellation Credits:

In recognition of the investment you’ve made in capturing your family's memories, we offer a credit for the full amount paid towards any standard Grain & Weave package for future use. This credit reflects our commitment to your satisfaction and our appreciation for choosing Grain & Weave.

Non-Refundable Sessions:

We dedicate resources, time, and creativity to each photography session. Therefore, for sessions that have already taken place, we are unable to offer a refund. This ensures that our artists are fairly compensated for their work and the unique art they’ve created for you.

Validity of Credits:

Credits issued upon cancellation will be valid for 12 months from the date of issuance. We encourage you to use this credit to continue capturing your family’s milestones when the time is right for you.

This policy is crafted in compliance with the Australian Consumer Law as it applies in New South Wales. We ensure that our practices are fair, transparent, and focused on providing you with options that respect your circumstances while maintaining the integrity of our services.
