We are now directly offering our customers access to high-quality lustre prints of their digital images.
Because a smooth customer service experience is top of our agenda, we have created a quick cheat-sheet for you guys over at the print studio.
This webpage is for internal use only and the contents are not to be shared with any other party. Also, please note that client details are not permitted to be used for any other purposes other than the single transaction intended.
When an order is confirmed, you will receive an email such as the one here.
You can download the images and send directly to the client.
This email means:
We have received the order
We have confirmed the images and cropping
We have exported the images onto our online server at PIXIESET in a folder for you, at the optimum resolution of 2400px, 300dpi, JPG, sRGB.
This email contains the link to the gallery and PIN.
Important: Should there be any issues with the details, please contact us immediately to avoid any delay.
Click the link to the gallery and input your email studio@kentstreetstudio.com.au to gain access to the client gallery.
Be sure to copy this so you can paste it in a minute!
Step three:
Once in the gallery, navigate on the menu to ‘6x8 LUSTRE PRINTS’ as indicated by the blue circle in this picture
Once in the correct menu, click DOWNLOAD as indicated by the green circle in the picture below
Enter your email address (if you copied it earlier, paste it in). You will also need the PIN from the email we sent as mentioned above.
Check the 6x8 Lustre Prints box only and download the images.
Orders are sent directly to the customer by standard post. We would appreciate an email once they have been sent so we can notify them, or if asked we can answer.
If there are any issues, please contact us - do not contact the client
All orders are paid though account, any questions, please let us know if there are any issues as not to delay the order.
