In order for us to achieve our mission and hit those important targets, it is not sufficient to simply meet their expectations. We need to exceed their expectations. For us to do this, we need to be one step ahead or prepared to go the extra step.
5-star is one star too little!
Five-star service is when someone purchases a gift voucher at the last minute and we offer to send it the very same day by express post.
Six star service is offering to hand deliver it the same day.
